When I buy a work in progress, how long does it take for it to be completed and shipped?

Generally wips are completed in one week [7 days] and you will receive an email with tracking info once it’s been shipped.

Is my purchase protected?

All items paid via paypal are covered by Paypal’s buyer protection, and all items over $100 are shipped insured for the full value paid.

How is my order going to be shipped?

USPS Priority Mail is used for orders within America, and Priority Mail International for non-US and intercontinental orders.

How will the art be protected during shipping?

Art up to 14″ x 17″ is sandwiched between heavyweight industrial grade cardboard. Art above 14″ x 17″ is secured to masonite [wood/particleboard] and sandwiched between industrial grade heavyweight cardboard.
